.PROJECT: ZINES
Night Moves is a bakery based in South Portland, ME driven by their philosophy of utilizing local, sustainable, stone-milled grain to create delicious nourishing food for their community.
Their bread is made from healthy grains, grown by farmers who work to steward the soil. It’s made on a human scale, critically considering the systems that go into its production. Their bread reflecting the global traditions of fermentation and intuition that have been handed down for generations.
These zine projects unpack the systems and decisions going into their baking philosophy, the local and anthropological history feeding thier practice and deliver them in a yummy digestible package to their customer base.
